Cooking in a camper: Our ever-
On Saturday at 1.00pm they will be making one of their favourite vegetarian meals. It is an adaptation of a recipe by TV chef Simon Rimmer, mushrooms cooked in a green peppercorn sauce with herby dumplings. They will also be making buttery mash and garlicky green beans to accompany the dish.
