CLUB AND TRADE STANDS
£50 per Single Trade Plot/ Craft Stall
£25 each additional plot(no passes)
Club Plot free by prior arrangement
A Stand Plot is 5m x 5m. Plot price includes entry to the Show for one vehicle and two adults. Additional passes are available for £10 per vehicle. Trade passes will only be issued on receipt of a completed booking form with appropriate payment. Early application is advised. Traders wishing to erect marquees / gazebos should ensure they book sufficient space and are responsible for insuring their stand is safe. Any stand area exceeded will be charged appropriately. Traders admitted from 2pm Friday, all day Saturday, and before 10 am Sunday. Traders and clubs need to have public liability insurance and this will be checked.
Craft stalls. We intend having some craft stalls in the marquee this year. You will be supplied with a trestle table and will be able to trade from 9am till 4pm each day. But will need to clear area by 4.20 pm as the space is needed for evening entertainment. The cost is £50 for weekend including 2 passes.

A plot in the Cars for Sale area costs £10 .

All traders and clubs require public liability insurance. Our insurance company is able to offer cover at £7.50 per stand as part of our policy if you require this please book below. Insurance will be checked as is a requirement of our policy.
